| Abstract | Laparoscopic retropubic urethropexy by Birch was followed by chemotherapy with m-cholinolytics in 30 women with mixed urinary incontinence. 15 patients received trospium chloride in a daily dose 30-45 mg and the other 15--oxibutinin hydrochloride in a daily dose 10-15 mg. A comparative analysis of the treatment results after 36 months of follow-up demonstrated higher safety of trospium chloride which showed the same efficacy with oxibutinin hydrochloride. |
